My boyfriend, the super fabulous Kevin G. Austin, was in a bike accident yesterday evening (details in my journal). He's okay, but broke both the bones in his left forearm and will be having surgery sometime today. Ouch. Could've been a lot worse given the circumstances.

Meanwhile, on the same day, I found out that my Grandma's kidneys are failing. Have made a bunch of appointments to try and find out more about where she stands and what can be done.

Ever have one of those days? Yeah, that was yesterday. Today's still hectic and stressful, too. Updates here and at tvpicks.net may be sporadic or just not happen over the next week or so.
