Today is the last day that certain Disney DVDs (and videos, I think) will be available. Of course, stores will continue to sell whatever inventory they have until they run out, so some of 'em will be available for a while longer. Disney's policy of retiring certain videos is interesting, I guess. They'll be back in print in 10 years, I think is how it works, for a limited time.

The Snow White DVD is from all accounts, remarkable. Tons of extras. An amazing disk. I just ordered one from amazon using a gift certificate I received, the deadline made it easy for me to decide what to spend my certificate on.

Other Disney DVDs being retired today: Pinocchio, Mulan, and Tarzan.
